to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card,
or a one night’s charges for the total
room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s
bank account which shall be advised during the

Any cancellation less than 4 days
prior to arrival during off peak period i.e. with
exception of January & December, one night room
charges based on total number of room booked will
be charged accordingly.
For cancellation made less than 30
days prior to arrival during January & December,
50% of cancellation charge based on total number of
room booked x total length stay will be charged accordingly.
