Rates are subjected to respective surcharges on the respective dates as shown below.

Extra person/Extra Rollaway Bed is chargeable at RM150.00 nett per bed per night with 1 buffet breakfast.
•
Check-in time is 1500 hrs
•
Check-out time is 1200 hrs
•
Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•
All rates are subject to change without prior notice
•
Payment by US Dollar only to be made either by bank draft, telegraphic transmissions (TT) or credit/charge cards forty five (45) days prior to arrival. The exchange rates is USD=RM3.762
•
For local transaction, payments to be made either by company cheque, cash on-line or credit/charge cards.
•
Foreign currency will be converted at the point of payment according to the prevailing exchange rate
•
All deposit paid is non-refundable.
•
No refund in part or full will be made after full payment received including NO SHOW on the arrival date and early departure.
•
Late check-out till 1400 hrs is on request basis and subject to availability. Otherwise a day use rate of 50% of all room categories as offered will be imposed to a maximum stay until 1800 hrs.
•
Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•
Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

CANCELLATION

Any cancellation less than 84 hours prior to arrival during off peak period i.e with exception of January & December, one night room charges based on total number of room booked will be charged accordingly.

For cancellation made less than 30 days prior to arrival during January & December, 50% of cancellation charge based on total number of room booked x total length stay will be charged accordingly.

NO SHOW

Any no-show during off peak period i.e with exception of January & December, one night room charges based on total number of room booked will be charged accordingly.

For no-show during January & December, 50% of cancellation charge based on total number of room booked x total length of stay will be charged accordingly.

PEAK PERIOD

A surcharge of RM150.00 nett per room per night is applicable on the following dates.

From 01 to 15 January 2008
From 20 to 31 December 2008

A surcharge of RM100.00 nett per room per night is applicable on the following dates :

From 16 to 31 January 2008

A surcharge of RM50.00 nett per room per night is applicable on the following dates :

From 01 to 28 February 2008
From 01 to 19 December 2008
